4 Bath Place, in London’s vibrant Shoreditch, has been extensively re-furbished to create an exciting new base for the UK operation of Armada Music.

As the structural engineers for the project, Jensen Hunt had to adapt the existing structural frame and slabs to facilitate the installation of upgraded services and new room uses.

A major challenge was the addition of two ‘box-in-box’ recording studios onto the existing floor plates.  The stringent acoustic specifications demanded very dense wall, floor and ceiling construction and Jensen Hunt Design were required to justify the existing structure for these heavy studio finishes.
