Jensen Hunt Design are working with Zac Monro Architects providing structural and civil design services for this new build Dulwich house.

 

The sensitivities and proximity of neighbouring properties combined with the almost double storey in depth, a contiguous piled designed was adopted. The piles were designed as permanent cantilevers to minimising potential ground movement.

 

The basement has elegant light wells bringing light into the basement rooms.The new home will be built to a high specification and will include a cinema, gym and music room. The basement is a significant size formed from contiguous piled walls and will have elegant light well bringing light into the basement rooms.

 

The upper floors are constructed from SIPs panels and supported by the reinforced concrete ground floor and basement structures
