We’re excited to be part of this remarkable transformation in the heart of Brighton, working alongside Bloom Construction, Able Partners and Pulse Consulting to repurpose a Grade II listed building into high-quality student accommodation.
Originally two elegant townhouses, this building has evolved through centuries of change — and now, it’s entering a new chapter!
As the structural engineers, we’ve been entrusted with assessing the building’s condition, preserving its character, and designing the refurbishment and modification works. All of this while working above a live retail space, gallery, and shops — proving that careful coordination is key to making modern living and heritage conservation coexist beautifully.
Great engineering isn’t just about building; it’s about preserving, adapting, and enhancing spaces for future generations!
