88 Wood Street is a high rise located in the City of London, it is a Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners designed building completed in 2000. It shares some signature architectural features seen in other renowned buildings design by the firm such as the brightly coloured funnel air ducts also seen at the Pompidou Centre in Paris.

The scope of works included; phased refurbishment of the upper office floors, provision of new cycle parking and commuter facilities, an additional A1 retail unit within the reception space, a new office amenity in existing lobby, the refurbishment of the main reception and general internal alterations throughout including an extensive new green wall.

The refurbishment sucessfully brought the building in line with BCO recommendations, with the net internal area of the refurbished areas totaling 71,408ft2.
