Jensen Hunt Design is a structural and civil engineering practice established in 2013 by founders who have built on experiences from leading practises in the industry, namely, Heyne Tillett Steel, BDP, Elliott Wood and Ramboll. We have quickly established a reputation for reliable effective, intelligent design with an architectural focus.
Our positive energy, enthusiasm and proactive work ethos has helped us maintain and build strong relationships within the industry. We work best when we are able to be collaborative and pride ourselves on delivering thoughtful and efficient designs.
Understanding financial constraints and targets is key to any scheme and we aim to deliver the most cost effective solutions and explore value engineered opportunities where possible. In parallel to this we continually seek to investigate and master new technologies and approaches to maximise budgets and reduce time on site.
We are experienced, energetic and talented engineers who are competent in technical design and drawing. To support the engineering team we have technicians who are able to create both 2D drawings and 3D models (REVIT) depending on project requirements.
We will use the most appropriate production of information depending on the type of scheme, time constraints and client requirements.
We use the latest industry standard computer software and have a paperless office approach so that we are able to have access to all the information we need wherever we are.
The practice has extensive experience in the commercial, retail and residential sectors on wide ranging scheme values. For example we work on small prestigious one-off domestic residential schemes to multi-unit offsite modular developments as well as large commercial developments.
We have particular experience with central London commercial projects and understand the complex requirements of phasing the structural design and investigations around existing occupants.
Together with a fully comprehensive structural design service we are able to offer the following services to compliment projects when required:
